Return Policy

You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number for your return to be processed. To qualify for a return, the following guidelines and instructions apply:

• All returns require authorization from C2 Wireless in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
• RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from issuance
• Only include approved items on RMA in your return
• RMA form must be enclosed in return shipment
• RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton
• Return shipping is responsibility of the customer
• Items received as defective are covered by the manufacturers' warranty. Please reference the warranty information in the section above or contact sales@c2boost.com for additional contact information. 
• A credit will be issued for all eligible items to be used towards future purchases - no refunds
• Any products returned that are not eligible for credit will be discarded

Price Match Policy

As an official vendor in the Boost Accessories Program, C2 Wireless is committed to offering competitive prices on all our wireless accessories. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical in-stock item from another vendor, we will gladly match the price.

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
       1. The product must be identical, in the same condition, and in stock at the time of price match.
                    a. Refurbished product is not considered the same as a new-in-box product.
                    b. The SKU in question must be considered a current and active SKU by the Vendor.
        2. The item must not be on clearance or closeout sale, and the price match cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
        3. The customer must provide proof of the lower advertised price at the time of purchase, either by presenting the competitor's advertisement or other form 
             of documentation showing the competing price offer and offer date.
        4. The competing price offer must be from an authorized, brand-approved vendor.
        5. Price match claims must be submitted before the order is shipped.
        6. Price match claims from other Boost-approved vendors are not valid.
